We allow up to a 15 min grace period before you are considered too late to make your appointment, after that point it is up to your tech if they can still take you that day. We understand that things come up last minute but last minute mishaps make it difficult for us to replace the appointment slot with someone else.  We must stay on time for the next client.

Same day appointments are not always available which is why is HIGHLY suggest you book in advance. 

Our salon space is small so bringing guest, children is not allowed.  This is for safety and regulations. Only those with appointments are allowed in the salon.
